RESOLUTIA offers the direct management of ADR procedures for resolving disputes of an economic nature, both national and international level.

Procedures operated by RESOLUTIA can be designed to any civil or commercial dispute between public or private institutions, associations, individuals or legal entities.

By decision of the Directorate General of Civil Justice at the Ministry of Justice, RESOLUTIA was registered at the conciliation service corporate, set up with the Decree. No 5/2003 and now No.28 /2010, placing among the top subjects in Italy at the same time enabled the management training and mediation procedures.

The management of all processes of mediation is curated by the Association bodies, operating according to specific Rules of Mediation, available at the headquarters of the Association or in the download area of this site.

The same procedures are carried out, usually at the offices where it was activacted the procedure, which offices also provide all necessary administrative and logistical support.

To facilitate the meeting of the parties, RESOLUTIA offers the possibility of using a management video conferencing, also ensuring the availability of mediators with appropriate language skills.  

In all cases, the personnel working on behalf of RESOLUTIA remains entirely neutral respect to disputes handled by the Association, without play, in relation to them, any subsidiary activities of legal advice.

The fees for RESOLUTIA's services are determined by the amount of the dispute, as reported by the tariffs annexed to Rules of Mediation.

The only formalities to start a mediation procedure is to submit a special application that can also be completed using the forms provided on this website. The same application will then be forwarded to the recipient in question, with an invitation to join the mediation's effort proposed.
